Dai Bingxin, born in Jinhua, Zhejiang Fujian Province. studied at the Primary School of Jinhua County in 1918. studied at the Chansang Middle School of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1922, learn art and music at private Zhejiang Fine Arts College. Then he stay at the private Nanjin Fine Arts School in 1924. in 1925 into the, and later he study Western painting at Shanghai Arts University,.he went to Belgium to study in 1930, study at Ruangweisi (Antwerp's old translation) Royal College of Art subjects. 1934, promoted to the Belgian Royal Academy of Arts. Back in 1936, He was appointed the professor of Western painting of Suzhou Fine Arts College. In 1942, he was appointed as professor of Chongqing National Art College.
